My Reflection on my Commerical Project

Image
Now I've finally finished producing my commercial project. Now I can fully express what I think about the commercial as a reflection. I like the time the commercial is in right now. When I finished it was just under one minute. I like this because it's not too long to bore out the viewer but, still long enough for the viewer to get something out of it. I think it's great that they also show me for me. By that I mean the photos show me, the old me, good experiences, and passions of mine. The video does a good job of this as well. Since we are speaking on videos now, I'm happy with the video time. When I first started the commercial project, the video together was all very long. They were so long they made the whole commercial project over 2:30 minutes long. Trimming them down was a great production choice for me. This was for the betterment of the commercial. Looking back at the commercial I'm proud of myself. I deal with troubles and come a long way. I remember when

Commercial Project Review

Image
It was a long piece of work. In parts I wasn’t sure how good it would turn out to be. Now I’m glad I’m done. But now I’m done and it’s time for the review. I had to keep consistent with my content in order to finish my project. I’m very much happy with the length of my video. At first it was almost 2:30 minutes. Now it’s at a nice 59 seconds. I think this is better because it’s good to be it concise. Along with that I like how the pictures are equal in length throughout the whole commercial. They also how me for me. By that I mean the photos show me, the old me, some good experiences, and passions of mine. They are each 3 seconds. They are also fit to cover the whole screen. I enjoy how I switch the content from photos to videos. It’s a good switch of content. Not to mention they are also good videos. Videos that mean a lot to me. They also good visual entertainment to the viewer. Good addition to the commercial with an average time of 10.5 seconds. Overall I think this is a good com

Tweaking my commercial

Image
Including all of my photos was a hassle. Including all of my videos were too. But my work wasn’t over, I still had to tweak it. I knew there were some changes that I could’ve made. In order to make the commercial better, these changes had to be made. I ended up making multiple changes at that point. The first change I made was the format size of the pictures. I changed the format sizes to fit evenly across the screen. This way it’s more aesthetically pleasing and more organized.    The next thing I did was trim down the length of my videos. I felt that my videos made the commercial a bit too long.    I trimmed my first video from 11.8 seconds to 8.8. The change wasn’t anything too crazy, just 3 seconds. My second video trim was more drastic though. It went from 21.8 seconds to 12.2 seconds. My 3rd video was another small change. I trimmed it from 10.2 seconds to 9.0 seconds. Now my commercial video was at a total length of 59 seconds. Which is good, because I wanted it around the ran

Editing my commercial

Image
When I was editing my commercial on capcut I wanted it to come out great. I was actually very excited to see how it would turn out. But little did I know how much of a hassle it would be. Firstly I inserted a picture of me when I was younger winning a soccer championship with the winning goal. This was displayed for 3 seconds. For my next two pictures, I included two pictures of my current self. These pictures were displayed for 3 seconds. For the following two pictures, I decided to bring it back to soccer for a bit. I put pictures of the two teams I currently play for. Lauderhill Lions and Mid-City Lions. These pictures were also on for three seconds. For my next picture, I put a picture of me on the first day of school. Then I added a picture of me on my first day of school. And a picture of me at kindergarten graduation.  All these pictures were on for 3 1/2 to four seconds.  From then I got into adding videos.    I have a video of me in a France coliseum. This is 11.8 seconds lo

At first, I was stuck when I was trying to figure out how to make my commercial. I asked my mom, dad, and grandma for advice. All I really got from them was " I don't know" or " Try asking somebody else". Then I went to ask my friend Marc and he suggested using a mobile app called Videostar. I was actually thinking of using it to produce my commercial at first. But when I downloaded the app it didn't make any sense to me. The app itself was quite confusing and weird. I found it difficult to navigate around the app. And I honestly didn't even know where to start. So I decided to look for other options. Later that day I asked another one of my friends the same question. She recommended using another mobile app called iMovie. When I went to go download it I realized I had the app downloaded the whole time. I was starting to work on it for around 10 minutes but I had to stop. It was just too laggy and slow. The app was so uncooperative that it was getting me

For my commercial project, I wanted to include things that made it very personal. That's why I chose a picture of me when I was younger winning my first soccer tournament. It's very special to me because I scored the winning goal in the last minute for my team. For my second picture, I decided to show a picture of what I look like now. I chose this picture mainly because I look very different in a lot of the pictures I've chosen to include in this commercial. My third picture was pretty much the same thing. I just wanted to show how I look right now. Now my fourth picture is different. I chose to include a picture of my soccer team before a game we won 4-1. I wanted to include this picture because I consider the team to be very dear to me. I've been playing for them since I was around 12 and I'm 17 now. I also wanted to include a picture of the other team I play for. I just started playing with them at the end of last season. In my sixth picture, I wanted to go bac

My name is Chrisitan St. Rose I am a student that attends Fort Lauderdale High School. My ethnicity is Jamaican from my mom's side and St. Lucian on my dad's side. I love soccer so much that no matter how bad of a mood I'm in soccer will always cheer me up. I truly find the most peace and joy when I'm playing soccer even if I'm not playing so well. I currently play for 3 soccer teams right now. I play for a local club team called Lauderhill Lions and another national club called Mid-City Lions. Along with those teams I play for my school team. My primary position is fullback, but I can also play center back and outside midfielder pretty well. I support the soccer team Tottenham Hotspurs and I will never stop supporting them because I'm a loyal fan. Aside from soccer I also like playing basketball. I don't play serious, just with friends but I still like it. I usually play small forward, and if I never started playing soccer more than likely I would be a bas
