Our Pitch

Pitch A: A struggling student discovers a mysterious antique pocket watch that allows them to loop back in time for one hour.

Pitch B: A psychiatrist begins treating a patient who claims to have the ability to foresee tragic events in the future.

Discuss Pitch A: A time loop scenario involves repetition and the opportunity for comedic situations. The struggling student could set up interactions and scenarios as the protagonist tries to navigate the loop. The combination of a time loop and a struggling college student allows for a versatile exploration of genres. It could incorporate elements of comedy, drama, romance, and even suspense, appealing to a broad audience. Can be a good way to have a wide range of things going on to interact with the viewer.

Discuss Pitch B: The black market for stolen memories introduces an element of mystery and suspense. The protagonist's journey to uncover the truth behind this underground world could keep audiences engaged. The idea of a world where memories can be bought and sold is intriguing and offers a fresh and original concept for a film. But might take a lot of editing and time. The visuals for the CGI might be hard to make look good. Also might cost us our own money to produce the film.

Our final decision: Since we don’t really have a big budget, we have decided to go with

Pitch A: A struggling student discovers a mysterious antique pocket watch that allows them to loop back in time for one hour.
